What we got done

Post 9 was re-sent to Rebekah's phone as videos, and Rebekah confirmed the Instagram version is fixed. Chandler got a text saying you're handling it.

Why: The post had gone out as 4 photos when the board had 4 videos.

The talking reels are scheduled on Instagram. Salon 8's Facebook and Google posts and all 15 äz TikTok posts are scheduled too. The carousels and music reels went to Rebekah's phone.

Why: Posts with Instagram songs can only go out from the phone.

Both now show 15 of 15 posts with nothing held. The 3 Frankie video slides were exported from Canva.

Why: The new scheduler check would have held those posts without them.

Ruth's November pictures were filed in the "November 2026 Uploads" folder in Drive with a Notes doc, and the Basecamp to-do was cleared.

Why: The team can now build her November posts from them.

Every Acapello video post for November and December has a CapCut timeline with all its media on it. The two Pinup projects, Curls and Jen, have rough cuts with every file added.

Why: The editor can start from a full timeline instead of an empty one.

A post whose photos, videos or slide count don't match its board is now held before it reaches Sprout. A daily check emails you about any mismatch.

Why: This stops another Vanity post 9.

The last 30 days of posts were checked across all clients. Vanity post 9 was the only real slide mistake. Vault post 12 was a photo swap the owner asked for.

Why: This shows the problem wasn't hiding anywhere else.

All 23 salons now send their Drive originals at the highest quality.

Why: Instagram shrinks every post, so we start from the best copy we have.

The home page description, a short hair line, two reviews on the Aveda page and six tile captions went live. The phone layout was fixed, and the photos line up.

Why: These help Starling show up on Google and in AI search.

Rizzieri's nails page title now names Sewell, and Bing was told. Frankie got "near me" FAQs on 5 pages. Salon 8's Charlotte and Bellevue pages got new titles. Megan got 2 new Ask Megan guides.

Why: Each one targets the searches that bring in local clients.

The Head Spa, Brazilian Blowout and home page edits are live on Wix. Three review replies were posted, and the owner-app questions were added.

Why: These were the owner's requested changes.

Storm's tracker now shows whether each AI engine found, cited and named each salon. All 24 were measured, and each got its own review chat.

Why: This gives each salon a starting score to beat.

The salon social media management page on Storm's site got a results block and 12 FAQs. A retry fix for the tracker was merged.

Why: It helps Storm itself show up when salons search for help.

Every owner got an email reminder to download the app, and 11 also got a text. Slack now pings Rebekah when an owner downloads it.

Why: Only Lauren at Shine had downloaded it.

Cary's consultation request is in Alisa's app under Messages with the photo, and a push went to her iPhone.

Why: A new client asked for a consultation, so Alisa needed to see it fast.

Gaby, Jessica and Shelly were texted for their TikTok login codes, and all three texts show delivered.

Why: Storm needs those codes to connect their TikTok accounts.

Code cards in #storm-texts now have a Delete button. Rebekah gets a ping when a client sends a code, and every salon has the in-app code page.

Why: Codes expire fast, so someone has to see them right away.

The thread now shows "Rebekah Harrison" instead of the wrong name. Her text relay is running again and caught up on the texts missed since Oct 31.

Why: Texts from clients were being missed.

A task to reconnect James Mucker's TikTok is at the top of Rebekah's list. Your five items are now separate tasks at the top of yours, in Rebekah's order.

Why: Each job can now be ticked off by itself.

The end-of-day email to you was set up.

Why: It tells you what got done each day.
